Investor Relations


Location: New York city.

We need you to lead fundraising team to reach the target fund size and build connections with potential investors on a continuous base ; serve as the primary point of contact with clients to handle information requests responding to investor data requests and preparing ongoing data content for investors ; work closely with the entire fund management team and assist in updating and maintaining various fund models and databases ; prepare and maintain all marketing materials and creating detailed and persuasive presentations ; prepare and maintain a database of due diligence information and investment summaries for investor presentations ; use customer relationship management software to help manage interactions with LPs and match potential investors with new funds ; assist in the generation of quarterly and annual investor letters on behalf of the senior management ; plan for and participate in quarterly meetings with investors and travel with managing partners to meet with current and prospective investors

Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics is preferred.
Multidisciplinary set of skills in communications, marketing, finance, and law.
Strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools.
3+ years relevant experience in investment banking, investors relations, private equity, public trading company or related fields.
Understanding of blockchain industry.
